If you are contacting us about your mask shipment, please note that there is a waitlist as stated on the product page. It takes approximately 7 business days for your order to ship.

Our staff is working 24 hours a day to get these times shorter but because we're offering masks at low prices, there has been an extremely high demand. Our packing team is working overtime to package every single order, sometimes even as late at midnight.
